Therapy
And just as there is power in our words, there is also power in our thoughts and in our beliefs. The words we speak, think and believe affect the way that we experience the world around us. The voice we choose to listen to directs our actions and our deeds, and it can have a profound effect on our emotional well-being.

I understand how negative thoughts and emotions can rob you of your happiness and joy. I understand that, while anger may bring a brief feeling of power, when held too long it can turn into bitterness and resentment. I have heard the lies that fear, shame, and guilt have whispered in my ear, and I have expended tremendous energy trying to hide from the world because of its criticism and judgment.

You will find no criticism or judgment here. I will do all that I can to offer you unconditional acceptance wherever you are on your journey. And because I believe there is no one "right" therapeutic model for every client, I employ a variety of approaches to one's healing including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy (TIYT).

Sessions are offered in person, and via Telehealth.
